  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 cup water
  • Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine baking soda and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. While the water is heating, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller pieces to form bite-sized pieces.
  5. Once the water is boiling, carefully drop a few dough pieces into the water for about 30 seconds.
  6. Using a slotted spoon, remove the dough bites and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
