  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  7. Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough and sprinkle with minced garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  8. Cut the dough into strips and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
