- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
