Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add a handful of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
  • You can substitute the chicken with turkey or cooked shrimp.
