- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- You can substitute the chicken with turkey or cooked shrimp.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
