- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion, finely grated
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 Large Egg
- Kofta Seasonings & Searing:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

- For the Cooling Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1.5 cups Plain Greek Yogurt, full-fat
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint, chopped

- Prep Kofta Base: Finely grate onion, mince garlic, and chop fresh parsley. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with these prepped ingredients, panko breadcrumbs, and one large egg. This forms the flavorful base for our juicy kofta.
