Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
