- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning until well blended.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, chips, or toasted bread.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake it.
- Feel free to substitute crab with shrimp or a mix of seafood for a different flavor.
