- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end to the other, to form a pinwheel.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and slice each pinwheel into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance for convenience.
