Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end to the other, to form a pinwheel.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Wrap each pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
  7. After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and slice each pinwheel into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
