  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes and sliced kielbasa to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated with the mixture.
  3. Transfer the potato and kielbasa mixture to the crockpot, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover to allow it to melt.
  6. Once done, stir gently and serve hot.
