- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup M&M’s or chocolate candies
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, and M&M’s.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, bringing the mixture to a boil. Allow it to boil for 2 minutes without stirring.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

- If you prefer a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
