- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the crust, followed by half of the cream mixture. Repeat the layering process with the remaining strawberries and cream mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra strawberries, if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider drizzling some chocolate sauce on top before serving.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
