- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the black beans with taco seasoning, then sprinkle over the chips.
- Layer the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheeses on top of the chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and guacamole.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, consider adding more jalapeños or a spicy salsa.
- You can substitute the cheeses with your favorites or experiment with different toppings like olives or corn.
- These nachos are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven!
