- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then add the taco seasoning and stir well.
- Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle the black beans over the beef layer.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chips, beef, and beans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and top with pico de gallo, jalapeños, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with sour cream on the side for dipping.
