Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then add the taco seasoning and stir well.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle the black beans over the beef layer.
  6. Layer the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chips, beef, and beans.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
