Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
