- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the olive oil, mixing well.
- Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
