Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and generously brush the glaze over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, spoon additional glaze over the fillets for an extra layer of flavor.
