- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add the seasoned ground beef and drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place the second tortilla over the top.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
- Carefully flip the burrito using a spatula and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.
- Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans or extra veggies.
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Using a panini press can make the grilling process even easier.
