Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add the seasoned ground beef and drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place the second tortilla over the top.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
  6. Carefully flip the burrito using a spatula and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.
  9. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with black beans or extra veggies.
  • Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
