  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the zucchini slices directly on the grill grates and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  4. During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini slices and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
  5. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the zucchini from the grill.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
