- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds.
