Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
- Add ghee and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add milk, cardamom powder, and sugar, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
- Incorporate chopped nuts into the dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls (truffles) and set aside.
- In a microwave or double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- Drizzle with rose water before serving for added flavor.
