  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
  2. Add ghee and mix until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add milk, cardamom powder, and sugar, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Incorporate chopped nuts into the dough.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls (truffles) and set aside.
  6. In a microwave or double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
