Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
- Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness.
- Once the wings are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- Feel free to experiment with different spices to customize the flavor.
- These wings can also be baked in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer.
