Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cherries, cooked beet, banana, and spinach.
- Add the almond milk and lime juice to the blender.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or add more lime juice if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen cherries or add ice.
- Feel free to substitute the almond milk with yogurt for a creamier texture.
