- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the evaporated milk until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top of the batter.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the pecans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
