- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
- Brush the honey mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mixture for up to an hour before baking.
- This recipe pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Leftover salmon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
