Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
- Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, paprika, and fresh parsley. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the frikadellen in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked frikadellen to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as potatoes or salad.

- For extra flavor, you can add spices like cumin or nutmeg to the meat mixture.
- These frikadellen can be served with mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
