- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and watermelon. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the fruit puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp, if desired.
- Add the honey and lime juice to the fruit juice and stir until well combined.
- Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- Feel free to substitute other seasonal fruits like peaches or raspberries.
- For a more vibrant color, add a splash of cranberry juice.
