- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for toasting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Slice the hamburger buns in half and place them cut-side down in the skillet. Toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the buns are toasted, remove them from the skillet and begin assembling the sandwiches.
- On the bottom half of each bun, layer the chicken ranch mixture, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
- Top with the other half of the bun to close the sandwich.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, consider adding bacon bits or avocado slices.
- This recipe can be easily adjusted for spice by adding hot sauce to the ranch dressing.
