- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey (if using), lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Feel free to add other fruits like pineapple or banana for a twist.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
