Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
