- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced evenly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped onions or bell peppers to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs can be served with a low-carb marinara sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
