- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds until soft.
