- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- In silicone molds or an ice cube tray, add a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Place a few strawberry slices on top of the yogurt layer.
- Cover the strawberries with more yogurt mixture until the molds are full.
- Insert toothpicks into the center of each mold for easy handling.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in a dash of cinnamon or a handful of nuts.
- These can be made with other fruits like blueberries or bananas for variety.
