- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the egg mixture, stirring gently to coat each piece.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading the cinnamon roll pieces evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the French toast bites are puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.
- Serve warm with additional maple syrup for dipping.
